The basis on which we work, and the limits of what we do.
1. These terms
These terms govern your use of this website and describe the general basis on which YG Management provides its services. Individual engagements are governed by the specific terms agreed in writing for that engagement, which take precedence over this page.
2. Nature of our services
YG Management is a coordination and management practice. We arrange, coordinate and supervise services delivered by third parties, and we manage projects on behalf of clients.
Except where expressly agreed, we are not the provider of the underlying service. Vessels, vehicles, properties, accommodation, aviation, licensed professional services and similar are supplied by independent third parties under their own terms.
3. Regulated advice
We do not provide regulated financial, investment, legal, tax or immigration advice. Where such advice is required, it is provided by appropriately qualified and licensed professionals, whether introduced by us or appointed by you.
Information on this website is general in nature and should not be relied upon as advice.
4. Enquiries and engagement
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us. An engagement begins only once scope, fees and terms have been confirmed in writing by both parties.
We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to hold the authority to make the requests you submit, and to comply with the terms of any third-party supplier engaged on your behalf.
6. Fees
Fees are agreed in advance and vary by the nature and complexity of the engagement. Third-party costs are payable in addition unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Third-party performance
We select and manage suppliers with care, but we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays or failures of independent third parties. Where a supplier fails to perform, we will act on your behalf to obtain a remedy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
10. Website use and intellectual property
The content, design and marks on this website are owned by YG Management or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. The website is provided on an “as is” basis and may change without notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
