Built around one simple idea: fewer people to manage.
A private management office for clients whose personal and business lives no longer fit into a single category — and who would rather not run the coordination themselves.

In the same month, a client may need a villa found for the summer, a company established in the UAE, a product built, and a property reviewed.
Conventionally, that means four unrelated providers, four sets of expectations and four people to chase — with the client acting as the project manager between them. YG Management exists to occupy that middle position permanently.
We are not a booking service and not an agency retained for a single discipline. We are the relationship a client keeps, and the capabilities are arranged around it.

The YG Approach
We are judged on execution, not on introductions. That means being specific about who does what, being present when third parties need chasing, and being straightforward when something is not possible or not advisable. A request is closed when it is done, not when it is passed on.
- 02
Dubai based. International by nature.
Dubai is where we operate from and where a significant part of the work happens — company formation, property, mobility, hospitality. It is not a boundary. Requests are regularly coordinated across Europe, the Gulf and further, using people we have worked with in those markets.
- 03
Personal by design
There is no ticketing system, no queue and no account manager rotation. You speak to people who already know your preferences, your timings and what you have asked for before. That familiarity is the reason the relationship works.
- 04
Discretion
Client matters stay private. We do not publish names, requests or outcomes, and we do not use client relationships as marketing. Information is shared with third parties only to the extent required to carry out the request.
“Some requests are simple. Others require ten people, three countries and a deadline. Either way, you should only need one number to call.”
YG Management — Dubai — Global Operations
The relationship begins with one request.
Send something you would otherwise have to coordinate yourself.
